Regain a sense of calm with the Bach Flowers

With the goings on around the globe, it is extra important not to let all our worries, fears, and anxieties spin out of control. This can be easier said than done when fear rears its ugly head and you feel the need to go out and panic buy necessities such as toilet paper, and then wonder if you loved ones have enough provisions too. Although that is a natural reaction to try and take control of the situation it just sparks more fear and becomes a vicious circle.

Worrying can be helpful when it spurs you to take action and solve a problem. But if you're preoccupied with "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios, worry becomes a problem.

Fortunately the Bach Flowers can assist with helping us to regain a sense of calm and equilibrium.
