Shipping & Handling Policies

Shipping Policy

Shipping within Canada Only

All orders are shipped within Canada only via Canada Post either by Expedited or Xpress Post.

 

We aim to process orders that are received on Monday to Friday prior to 12.00 pm (Noon) Pacific Time the same day and shipped within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

 

Packages will either be mailed in a padded envelope or box depending on the size and weight of the product.

 

The utmost care is taken in packaging your order.

 

Once your order has been mailed you will be notified of the tracking details.

 

Free Shipping

Orders over $200 (excluding tax) will receive free shipping via Canada Post Expedited Mail.

 

Expedited Mail

Shipping times will depend on your location. As we are based in BC shipping times can be from 2 to 10 business days on average.

 

 Xpress Mail

If you wish to receive your package faster Xpress Mail is a slightly more expensive option and depending on your location shipping times can be from 1 to 5 business days on average.

Returns

As a small business, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

 

To start a return, please contact us. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (if applicable), and in good condition so we can re-sell it. Books and other printed materials must be in good condition also with no signs of damage, tears, or use.

Please note: If you decided you no longer would like a product, and you have been approved to send your item back, it is up to you, the customer, to pay for the shipping cost for the return. 

We recommend posting the item(s) back via a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses. Please include a receipt and proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we only replace items if they are defective or damages

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus original shipping charges) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company process and post the refund too.
