Protect yourself with Walnut

Protect yourself with Walnut

Walnut provides protection from change and outside influences.

Walnut can be used:
For new beginnings - (it has been called the “link breaker” because it helps let go of the old and accept and adjust to the new): Starting school, moving, new relationships, marriage, divorce, jobs, way of life etc.
For new phases in life: pregnancy, birth, puberty, menopause, death, etc.
To keep you following your own path - it helps you to be true to yourself - your beliefs and ideals without being influenced by the ideals and opinions of others.
For protection – to feel safe and protected against other people’s energies, outside influences/ interference, decisions/choices, and protection from environmental causes (allergens/pollutants).
To help adjust to changes: career/job, unforeseen circumstances/situation, family dynamics, time changes, seasons, altitudes, etc.

“For those who have definite ideals and ambitions in life and are fulfilling them, but on rare occasions are tempted to be led away from their own ideas, aims and work by the enthusiasm, convictions or strong opinions of others. The remedy gives constancy and protection from outside influences.”  The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies,  by Dr. Bach
Walnut trees…have an active force that keeps other life forms at bay…The tree has a fragrant aura that is not unpleasant but it is unattractive to insects, birds and other plants…(The) process of protecting the new mental pattern is illustrated in the Walnut tree by the nut. It has a soft white kernel formed like the cerebrum of the human brain, which is sheltered within a protective nut. …The womb-like female Walnut flowers, like all flowers, do conceive afresh each year but no other flower has a fruit that carries so clearly the signature of the human mind. - From the Healing Herbs of Edward Bach by Julian & Martine Barnard
