Format: Meet and greet, subject of the month, and questions and answers
Who can join: Everyone (no experience necessary). Space is limited.

Talks and presentations
Sarah is available for talks and presentations. Her presentations are geared to cover relevant topics for particular groups. Talks can last from half an hour to 3 hours or tailor made to suit your group.
If you would like Sarah to put on an “Introductory Seminar” and have a group of 6 people or more, please email for more information.
Some of the groups she has presented to: Staff training at local health food stores, spa days for military personnel, support teaching staff, the Hospice Society and Naturopath students.
