All items are sent out via Expedited post (regular letter mail for book orders) or by Xpresspost for an additional charge. Currently, our online store is only available within Canada (book orders to include the USA). All taxes included.

Please note – Once your order has been reconfirmed it will be sent out to the stated postal address. If you are in a hurry for your order and choose Xpresspost please be advised that it takes approx 3 plus business days for your package it to arrive. Inner Harmony Healing is not responsible if your package takes longer than that to arrive. On the occasion that you move (within or out of Canada) please advise Inner Harmony Healing because the package is returned to the sender and will not be sent back unless the appropriate shipping fees are paid (new ones and original ones). 

Shipping:
Once your order is received, to ensure prompt and efficient service you will be emailed an order confirmation from Bach Flowers Canada. When everything is reviewed and reconfirmed your order will be sent out.The utmost care is taken in packaging your order. All Rescue Remedy items are safety sealed. Personalized mixes will be safety sealed once they have be mixed.

Shipping Times:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Shipping takes approx 4-14 business days depending on where you are located.

Returns:
All claims must be made within 14 days or receipt of order. Only items that are un-opened will be accepted for returns, plus any items broken or damaged while in transit. Please return the original item, packaging, and receipt. Postage will be reimbursed for damaged items only. Your satisfaction with our service is important to us. Payments made through paypal are done through a secure server, and no financial information is revealed to Sarah Brune of Inner Harmony Healing.
