How To Take The Remedies:

The remedies are not used to suppress negative attitudes but to transform them into positive ones, stimulating self-healing therefore allowing the physical system to fully fight the symptoms of illness.

For the treatment of passing moods

  • take two drops from the chosen stock remedy in a glass of water and sip as required
  • Alternatively two drops can be taken directly into the mouth.
  • If using Rescue Remedy, use four drops instead of two.

For longer term use

  • a treatment bottle can be made up. Fill a 30ml bottle with a dropper in the lid to this add two drops of each selected remedy (four drops of Rescue Remedy) to the bottle and simply top this up with still mineral water.
  • A maximum of seven remedies can be added to a treatment bottle at any one time.
  • From this mixed treatment bottle take four drops at least four times a day, preferably spaced out evenly throughout the day, and if possible in the morning and evening.
  • The drops can either be taken directly into the mouth , or added to the beverage of your choice, as they are not affected by smells, flavours, or heat.
  • Alternatively, ten to twelve drops to your bath water or four drops can also be added to a water mister.
  • (As they are not affected by taste or smell they can be combined with any beverage and/or put in with food.)

Taken regularly the remedies in the treatment bottle should last for approximately three weeks (either keep in a fridge or add some brandy for preservative), by which time it is a good time to review the mix of remedies. You can stop taking the remedies when you no longer feel the need for them; in fact many people simply forget to take them.

If in doubt Sarah Brune will be able to assist you in the selection process via consultation.

Important:
It is very important to note that they are not meant to be a substitute for medical treatment, should symptoms persist, you are advised to consult you medical practitioner. Please note due to the fact that the mother tinctures are prepared in brandy (for a preservative) there will be a small trace of alcohol in the personalized remedy mix.
